Born in Ankara in 1972. After attending Konya Ereğli Imam Hatip High School, he completed his undergraduate education in Public Administration at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Political Science. He started his publishing career in 2004 and continues in children's publishing with the addition of Vakvak Publishing House. He is married and a father of three.
